This package is perfect for couples who have poured their hearts into piecing together their dream wedding day but are looking for a professional to step in and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
The coordination package starts at the 3 month mark and includes the following:
Planning Meetings: We’ll meet up to two times to discuss your wedding day timeline, ceremony, and overall vision for your big day. Our final meeting will include a venue walkthrough.
Unlimited Communication: Email and text support from the moment you book.
Timeline Creation: A personalized wedding day timeline that covers the ceremony, reception, and all other key events.
Vendor Coordination: Managing vendor communication, confirming of all vendor details and timing to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Rehearsal Coordination: Lead your wedding rehearsal with pre-prepared documents and layout for smooth ceremony flow.
On-Site Coordination: On-site management to oversee everything on the big day, ensuring smooth execution. This includes one assistant to the lead planner.
Floor Plan Assistance: I will assist you in creating a custom floor plan for your venue, ensuring your decor, seating, and layout align perfectly with your vision.
Basic Setup + Breakdown: I will gladly setup and arrange table and reception decor along with safely packing it away at the end of the night.
Day-of Emergency Kit: This should be a given with any wedding coordinator, but just in case, I provide a well-stocked kit with essential items to handle any last-minute situations.

Partial Planning
This package is ideal for couples who began their wedding planning journey with enthusiasm, only to find that life’s demands like a busy social calendar or unexpected stress made it challenging to keep up. I’m here to step in and handle the details, so you can focus on what truly matters— celebrating your love. You also have the option to add-on full design services, making your planning load even lighter.
The partial planning package begins at the 6 month mark and includes everything from the coordination package as well as the following:
Wedding Planning Checklist: I will provide you with a comprehensive checklist to guide you through the entire wedding planning process, ensuring you stay organized and on track every step of the way.
Vendor Assistance & Booking: I’ll help you find and book 3-4 vendors based on your needs, style, and budget. From florists and photographers to caterers and entertainment, I’ll help you secure the best vendors for your day.
Vendor Contracts Review: I will review all vendor contracts to gather delivery, setup + timeline details as well as ensure all agreements are followed.
Planning Meetings: Starting six months before your big day, we’ll meet in person up to three times, including one venue walkthrough. One of these meetings will be dedicated to honing in on your decor vision and how you want everything to be set up.

Full Service Planning
This package is the all-inclusive— aka I do it ALL with you or for you— experience! This is best suited for the couple who wants the ultimate, stress-free planning experience. You do the cake tasting and I’ll do the rest. Let’s create a seamless and beautiful celebration, allowing you to focus on making memories rather than stressing over the details.
The full service package begins at the moment of booking and includes everything from previous packages along with the following:
Vendor Assistance & Booking: I’ll help you find and ALL your vendors based on your needs, style, and budget.
Planning Meetings: Starting as soon as you book, we’ll meet as many times as needed to get your big day designed and planned.
Full Layout and Design: From creating a detailed venue layout, floor plan setup, and seating chart to full design and design deck you give me the vision and I’ll go from there.
Budget Development: We will work together to delegate financials and and prioritize spending categories so you get exactly what you want within your budget.
Invites, RSVPs, and Hotels: I will do as much as you need from booking room blocks to stuffing invites, mailing, then managing guest RSVPs.
Anything + Everything: Need help with a DIY project? Need 150 labels added to your favors? Need 100 welcome baskets stuffed with gifts for your guests? Say no more, I’ll be there to help with it all.
